3. Special Order Items

• A 20% re‑stocking fee will be assessed on all special-order items, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

• A 3% card processing fee will be assessed where applicable.

• All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging/tags are not eligible for return.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
